Ben Caballero, founder and CEO of HomesUSA.com, has been ranked the No. 1 individual real estate agent in the United States by RealTrends Verified on its 2026 Agent National Ranking list.
Caballero earned the top individual ranking for both total sales sides and sales volume. According to RealTrends Verified, he recorded $3.671 billion in home sales production and more than 7,480 sales last year.
Caballero noted the recognition reflects the builders his company serves and the team behind HomesUSA.com’s listing management work.
