This page identifies the United States patent and registered trademarks that protect SpecDeck® and the HomesUSA.com® listing service. It is provided to give notice under the virtual patent marking provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), and it is kept current as patents issue and registrations are granted.
Patent
SpecDeck®, HomesUSA.com’s automated MLS listing platform for production homebuilders, is covered by the following United States patent:
- SpecDeck® — U.S. Patent No. 12,749,134, “System and method for acquisition and management of data for multiple listing services,” issued September 29, 2026.
The patent covers the system that assembles MLS listings from a builder’s plan, community and inventory data, validates them against each MLS’s rules and transfers them to the MLS. Additional patents may be pending or issued in the United States and elsewhere; this page is updated as they are granted.
Trademarks
The following marks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and owned by HomesUSA.com, Inc.:
- SpecDeck® — U.S. Reg. No. 7,050,342, registered May 9, 2023.
- HomesUSA.com® logo (the house outline with the stylized words HomesUSA.com) — U.S. Reg. No. 3,980,863, registered June 21, 2011.
