BLUEHAVEN Homes traces its roots back to 1954 when Gaston Williams, armed with nothing more than a single dump truck and an unstoppable work ethic, laid the foundation for what would become a legacy of quality and commitment in the construction industry. In those early days Gaston believed in one thing above all providing unmatched service. With every ditch dug and every service provided, Gaston embodied the principles of integrity and hard work, values that would be passed down through generations.
In the mid-90s, Perry Williams, Gaston’s son, began expanding the family’s ventures by building residential homes in Amarillo, TX. What started with small, local projects grew over time, and in 2011, BLUEHAVEN Homes was officially founded by Perry and his son, Noah Williams, bringing a new chapter to the family’s legacy. The focus remained clear: building homes that families could trust, with transparency and quality that stood out in a crowded market.
Today, BLUEHAVEN Homes continues to grow, not just in the number of homes we build, but in the communities we create. Since 2011, we’ve proudly built over 3,000 homes across Amarillo and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our footprint expanded in 2020 with the opening of our first DFW community, LakePointe in Lavon, TX. Our new communities, like Tierra Blanca in Canyon, TX, and Eastwell Farms in Tioga, TX, continue to uphold our tradition of craftsmanship and community building.
