This much hyped and scrutinized demographic have a unique influence on just about all aspects of life, but perhaps none more surprising than the re-urbanization happening across the country. Currently more than 80% of the US population resides in urban areas, up from 50% in the 1920’s and 66% in the 1960’s. The urbanization of America has always been a gradual process but now it’s accelerating faster than ever.
