When will HomesUSA serve my market?
HomesUSA plans are to serve all major housing markets but is still developing and refining its infrastructure. If you wish to be informed when we begin serving your market, initiate a Technical Support Request to that effect.

I forgot my username and/or password! What can I do?
  • If you forget your username for HomesUSA.com, click here.

HomesUSA.com will email your username and password to your primary email address. HomesUSA.com staff cannot look up your password. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I sign up for HomesUSA?
To sign up for HomesUSA.com as a REALTOR, click here and enter your license number. You may then edit your contact information and request a username and password. Once registered with HomesUSA.com, you will be able to use our many services.
How much does HomesUSA.com cost?
HomesUSA.com is free for Realtors. Our services are designed to help REALTORS® sell more homes in their market.

How much does the Builder Bulletin cost?
The Builder Bulletin is free to REALTORS®. Our services help REALTORS® sell more homes in their market.
How can I access the Builder Bulletin?
The Builder Bulletin is accessible thru the HomesUSA.com website. Just register for free or login to HomesUSA. Once logged in, select "Homes" under "Builder Bulletin" in the green navigation bar to view the most up-to-date Builder Bulletin.

The Builder Bulletin is also emailed to REALTORS weekly and links contained in the email will take you directly to the Builder Bulletin, HomesUSA, and/or Builders websites. If you are set up to receive the Builder Bulletin but do not get it, please click here.

If you are not currently receiving it and would like to, please register if not already. If you cannot register, please initiate a Technical Support Request and we will get you set up.
The Builder Bulletin is not in my inbox.
This can occur due to several reasons:
  1. Your email address is wrong - Log in and go to "Edit Profile" just below the HomesUSA logo and verify your email address is correct. Update if necessary.
  2. You have unsubscribed from the mailing list - Logon and go to "Edit Profile". Check that the checkbox is checked for the list "I wish to receive FREE email notices about Realtors and Buyer Incentive information. " If not check the box and hit "Save Profile".
  3. Your email client is blocking our email address - You may need to whitelist our email address or check your junk email folder. For more information on whitelisting, please visit more whitelist help and/or http://www.homesusa.com/whitelist
The email I receive regarding the Builder Bulletin does not have any links for me.
The Builder Bulletin and its email reminder are sent in HTML. Please verify that you have HTML enabled in your email. If you are having trouble seeing images, come to homesusa.com and register/login to view it from the website.

To submit a HomesUSA.com testimonial or any of its products, log in and select "Testimonials" from the navigation bar. REALTORS® are invited to submit testimonials about how HomesUSA.com has helped them, or their clients.

You will need to whitelist HomesUSA.com. Please follow the instructions below:

How do I request an eFlyer to be created?
There are 3 things that we will need from you:
  1. Subject Line - What is your desired subject line? We can help fine-tune your ideas to increase your readership and get your message across.
  2. Design - Do you already have the flyer designed? Send us the content! We will convert it for you for the eFlyer. We offer professional flyer design as well, please contact support and we will get you started
  3. Distribution - Where do you want your flyer sent to? Please see our zone map & pricing for your specific market for more information

MLS

When should a home be listed?
The sooner the better, incomplete homes can be listed using representative photos and proper disclaimers. Benefits of listing are:
  • Increased Realtor exposure in MLS
  • Increased consumer exposure on Realtor.com
  • The fee is the same, increased list time listed does not increase listing costs
MLS Status Definitions
  1. Active: The property is currently for sale.
  2. Pending: The property is under contract but the sale has not closed.
  3. Sold: This sale is “closed”, the customer now owns the home.
